26z Hundy

Meet the Team!

A kid from the 585

26z Hundy

Hailing from Rochester, New York, 26Z Hundy carved his own lane in music by resisting the trends around him. While many of his peers leaned toward melodic mumble rap, he chose a different path—one rooted in raw emotion, honesty, and storytelling. His sound isn’t just about following what’s popular; it’s about creating music that speaks truth and resonates on a deeper level.

26Z Hundy’s musical journey began back in 6th grade, inspired by the legendary Michael Jackson and fueled by a family rich in musical influence. Growing up, he found inspiration in J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar, artists who shaped the way he approaches storytelling through his own unique voice.

He describes his style in one word: “Unique.” Every track he creates blends multiple influences into something that feels brand new. He doesn’t schedule his creativity—he lets the music speak first. If a beat doesn’t inspire him in the first few minutes, he moves on. Guided by his faith in God and supported by producers who believe in his vision, 26Z Hundy builds each song to be a one-of-a-kind experience.

His proudest moment so far came with his first live performance, where his wife, daughter, and family were there to witness it—a memory he says can never be topped. Since then, he’s taken stages at venues like Valley Bar, Monarch Theatre, The Chill Room, San Tan Gardens Brewery, and The Three Clubs in Los Angeles. Fans can find his music everywhere online by searching 26z Hundy.

Right now, he’s rebuilding his band while also collaborating with a cinematographer on a new music video, continuing to evolve both his sound and his artistry. What sets him apart is the emotional experience he delivers—he’s not about hype and jumping on stage for show, but about pulling the crowd into his story, word by word, beat by beat.

Beyond music, 26Z Hundy draws inspiration from basketball, anime, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and family life, weaving those influences into the energy and creativity of his art. His mission is simple: to give listeners music they can feel in their own way—whether that brings joy, pain, reflection, or empowerment.

“It’s just me, that’s all,” he says. And that authenticity is exactly what makes 26Z Hundy unforgettable.

I have been supporting Team 26z with marketing and events coordination since 2025. Community connection is at the heart of all that I do. I am passionate about supporting local businesses and creating a supportive space for artists to share their craft.

I look forward to hosting events that promote connection,  authenticity, and expression while showcasing small businesses and creatives in the community.

"I shred so that metal will be remembered."

I've had the honor of wielding the axe for 25 years, and every day I yet grow stronger.

I did not choose the life of the shred or the axe, it called to me, and I have answered.

Metal encompasses life: thick and thin, life and death, glory and defeat through musical tones alone. The gods have brought me here to share what I have learned.

Our names will be long forgotten in a few grains of time...but someday, somebody out there will still jam our shit, and by that, does our spirit and legacy endure beyond that of flesh and bone.

"When I write about me I feel like Im writing my own obituary."

I started playing the piano at age 13 after my parents got tired of me playing literally any and everything else around the house. I spent much of my high school life playing and composing music that I hoped would be used in games, but I always wanted to play the guitar.

When I was 23, I bought my red guitar but after only 6 months I joined the band Aurele as the keyboardist and did not touch my red guitar for 2 decades. On Feb 5th of 2022 at the age of 44 I decided to start playing the guitar. I

t’s been 4 yrs now and all that piano has lent itself to a style of play that I enjoy and an ear for finding notes. It took the piano to get me hear and while I ain’t look’n back I am saying thank you to them keys. When I write about me I feel like Im writing my own obituary.

I’m a photographer from Scottsdale, AZ.
I love portrait photography, street photography but most of all concert photography.

For the past two
years I’ve been capturing details and freezing moments in band performances. I got into photography in high school with a kodak point and shoot camera. My love for taking
pictures really exploded and took off while taking a class at Phoenix Center for the Arts.
I learned manual mode, started making social connections and it went from there. I
keep taking photos because it makes me happy and I enjoy it. Simple as that. My goal
is to someday shoot a large concert and get my work published.
